Meet the founder
I'm Patrice Bailey. I'm a mother, educator, business consultant, international speaker and founder. For more than two decades, I've had the privilege of developing leaders, advising organisations, equipping entrepreneurs and serving in ministry.
Throughout my career, whether advising organisations, speaking internationally, developing leaders, teaching entrepreneurs, mentoring women or serving in ministry, I've noticed the same pattern time and time again. Extraordinary potential often remains untapped. Not because people lack ability, but because they lack the right thinking, the right development and the right environment. That conviction has shaped everything I've built. From Renew Your Mind, The Becoming Blueprint and Mindset Mornings, to Kingdom Convergence and now The Foundry, every programme has been created with one purpose: to help people become all they are capable of becoming.
The Foundry is the natural expression of that journey. My passion has never simply been building programmes. It has always been developing people. Helping them think differently. Lead confidently. Build courageously.
